Cameron Migneault

B.Sc., AIT

Cameron holds a degree in Environmental Science, a master’s certificate in Water Resources, and a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology. She is an Agrologist-In-Training with a certificate in Master Gardening, and has completed coursework in agronomy, land management, and ecology. Cameron is passionate about natural resources and science-driven solutions for managing them.

She has conducted climate adaptation research in the Bow River Basin, including planning and facilitating workshops, policy analysis, and report writing. Cameron has also contributed innovative ideas for future engagement in adaptation initiatives. With extensive training in field operations and safety as an engineering technologist, she has operated logging tools and run explosives. Cameron is a member of the Education and Communications Committee with the Bow River Basin Council and an active community volunteer.

Since joining the WaterSMART team in 2025, Cameron has contributed to a diverse range of projects, particularly enjoying collaborative work, facilitation, and community engagement.

Outside of her professional life, Cameron enjoys learning French, playing recreational sports, working out, hiking in the mountains with her three daughters and husband, and gardening.
