Shareen Tazdin is a financial and accounting professional with more than 12 years of experience. She is an emerging leader who takes pride in providing financial expertise to clients in various industries including construction, consulting services, not-for-profits and charitable organizations. Shareen is a self-starter, capable of working within loosely defined job contexts. She is also pro-active, detail-oriented, and innovative.

Shareen is skilled in internal and external reporting, and has prepared and analyzed reports, compared them to budgets, and then determined KPI’s and conducted variance analyses. She is also experienced with cash flow management, having created a cash flow projection model that helps company’s foresee any cash inflow constraints or delays in making payments.

Shareen also helps her clients with budgeting, including monitoring revenue and expenses and communicating trends to managers. She also works closely with management on forecasting, informing them of any changes to projected revenue and expenses, and helping with budget planning for subsequent years.

As part of her services, Shareen also works with senior management on a regular basis to help with business planning and leadership. This service includes presenting monthly financials, variance analysis from budgeted to actuals, cash-flow, cost cutting strategies and revenue generation, all of which help facilitate better decision making.

Shareen is also adept at capital and risk management. For a past client, she prepared bank reports to ensure a line of credit was secured, and worked closely with legal advisors, auditors, as well as insurance and government authorities.
